DR. CHARLES LIVAUDAIS
Dr. Charles Livaudais grew up along the Gulf Coast and attended Tulane University in New Orleans, where he earned degrees in Business and Law. Dr. Livaudais practiced law for seven years in New Orleans and Raleigh before returning to school to pursue his true vocation of veterinary medicine. He graduated from the N.C. State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001, and spent fifteen years practicing small animal medicine in Cary before he joined the team at North Hills. Dr. Livaudais enjoys all aspects of small animal practice, but takes particular interest in soft tissue surgery and dentistry, feline medicine, and the allergy-based dermatology issues we see so often in this area.
Dr. Livaudais lives in Raleigh with his wife Jean Marie, and their two children. The Livaudais family also includes their yellow Lab Henry, and their gray tabby Sofia. Dr. Livaudais loves to spend free time outdoors with his family, where they can often be found boating, mountain biking, or clay target shooting. His sports allegiances are divided between his North Carolina home (Wolfpack and Panthers) and his Gulf Coast roots (Crimson Tide and Saints).
Dr. Livaudais is a firm believer in combining modern medicine with old fashioned care, and is delighted to work with a team that embraces this concept as its motto.
